Vital Wheat Gluten

AmberPro™ Vital Wheat Gluten improves texture, structure, and adds nutritional protein to many products including baked goods, pet food, and meat substitutes. Our state-of-the-art facility is fitted with the top milling equipment in the world – ensuring our wheat milling and protein extraction is second to none.

Also known as wheat protein, our vital wheat gluten is produced in America’s breadbasket from locally grown wheat. AmberPro™ Vital Wheat Gluten is derived from hard red winter flour using aqueous extraction and separation technologies followed by a drying process to achieve the final product.
