Also known as wheat protein, our vital wheat gluten is produced in America’s breadbasket from locally grown wheat. AmberPro® Vital Wheat Gluten is derived from hard red winter flour using aqueous extraction and separation technologies followed by a drying process to achieve the final product.

    • Vegan certification granted by the American Vegetarian Association provides trusted ingredient assurance to consumers. An ingredient review was performed to confirm that AmberPro® meets Vegan standards.
  • Certified Free From (CFF) Allergens
    • The CFF certification granted by MenuTrinfo®’s Certified Free From program has been recognized by the American National Standards Institute and American National Accreditation Board as meeting the International Standards Organization (ISO) 17065 standards. AmberPro® is Certified Free From eight of the top nine allergens: egg, fish, milk, peanut, soy, sesame, shellfish, and tree nut.
  • Non-GMO Project Verified
    • The Non-GMO Project Verified mark appears on products that have been evaluated by a third party to ensure they meet North America’s most rigorous standard for GMO avoidance. AmberPro® has been audited by SCS Global and successfully verified.
